Magnet school generally evokes the image of students hard at work, scribbling feverishly at their desk, or reading massive books by lamp light. Tonight, we had a dance party. A legit "almost every person danced and it wasn't inappropriate" dance. We laughed, danced, talked, and enjoyed life. Earlier, we played team building games. I understand not every day will be a party, or fun and games, but it was so encouraging to know that after just two days we were all comfortable enough to have a dance party. Which means in 2 months or even 1 month, it will be AMAZING! Only downside is that I may need a podiatrist by the end of the semester... we'll be dancin' all the time mah feet might die!

which will work like a suture
on this little heart of mine
